WHO IS Yoga Nidra for?
ANYONE! This is a great practice for reducing stress during the holidays and promoting better sleep. It is especially great for anyone who has trouble sleeping, stress, anxiety and/or PTSD.

What is YOGA NIDRA?
The term means YOGIC SLEEP and is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Much akin to the falling asleep stage of sleep. It helps to REDUCE STRESS and has been used in the army to recover from PTSD.
